Long story little I am new to actually caring for my body and am requiring some help. I used to cleansing and sometimes moisturize only. I am allergic to everything under sunlight from plants, animals, mold, dust, foods, and chemicals. I’ve had a pretty considerable allergy tests done at the doctor.
Tested “positive” for 60 of 60 “natural” things that trigger allergies (I reacted to all plants, pollen, pets, or animals, mildew). I reacted to the tape done for the chemical-type test, so that must be redone. I have not done the food allergy test yet. As far as chemicals go, I know for sure I am allergic to Stearyl Alcohol.
I also have decided to try to avoid Cetyl Alcohol thereby Cetearyl Alcohol (Cetyl and Stearyl alcohols merged). I have combination skin in conditions of both t-zone and seasonal combination, leaning towards dry up. I get very flaky skin area easily (it will peel off in patches or linens). I also have relatively susceptible body anticipated to both basic sensitivity and allergy symptoms, changing red very and breaking out into hives quickly, rashes, and contact dermatitis.
Below is my current skin care regular with products I use with a web link to the product and the ingredient list. Is this the right order? I have to add or subtract anything from my workout? I will update later with my makeup list, but one step at a time. Titanium Dioxide 20.75% and Zinc Oxide 19.60%: Physical sunscreens.
